Detection of Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of GST tagged ISG-15, GST tagged Ubiquitin, GST tagged FLAG®, HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line, E. coli transfected with GST tagged BRDG1-SH2, and Sf21 transfected GST tagged PARK1. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9499) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Glutathione S‑Transferase/GST as indicated. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
