| 背景 | The CD8 antigen is present on 20-30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD8 is strongly expressed on CD8 positive T cells and thymocytes and dimly on a subset of NK cells and CD8 positive γ/δ Τ cells. CD8 acts as a co-receptor with MHC class I-restricted T cell receptors in antigen recognition. |
