| 背景 | <p>NCK1 (also known as NCK or NCKα) is a broadly expressed oncogenic adapter protein consisting of three SH3 domains and one SH2 domain (1-3). NCK1 becomes phosphorylated upon activation of variety of cell surface receptors and is involved in actin cytoskeletal organization induced by many stimuli (4-6). NCK2 (also known as NCKβ), a homolog of NCK1, has an overlapping expression pattern and redundant functions with NCK1 (7).</p>NCK1（也被称为NCK或NCKα）是一个广泛表达的肿瘤接头蛋白包括了三个SH3结构域和一个SH2结构域（1-3）。NCK1会在多种细胞表面受体作用下被磷酸化，涉及多种刺激引起的肌动蛋白丝细胞骨架构建（4-6）。NCK2（也被称为NCKβ），是NCK1的同源蛋白，与NCK1有重合的表达谱和功能（7）。 |
