| 背景 | PRP4K (PRP4 kinase) belongs to the Clk (Cdc-like kinase) family that recognizes serine/arginine-rich substrates (1). PRP4K is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and transcriptional regulation by interacting with components of both the U5 snRNP and the NCoR Deacetylase complexes (2,3). PRP6 and PRP31 have been shown to be direct substrates of PRP4K; their phosphorylation by PRP4K contributes to the assembly of a stable spliceosomal B complex (4). |
