| 背景 | HPVs are non-enveloped, double-stranded circular DNA viruses. Persistent infections with several HPV types are associated with the development of tumors. HPV types 16 and 18 together cause about 70 percent of cervical cancers. The viral E6 and E7 proteins of HPV16 and HPV18 are involved in the initiation and maintenance of oncogenic processes. HPV E6– and E7–specific T cell immune responses play an important role in successfully clearing HPV infection and controlling HPV-associated diseases. |
