| 背景 | NY-ESO-1 belongs to the cancer-testis family of antigens. It is highly expressed in male germ cells but generally not in other normal tissues. Aberrant expression is found in a variable proportion of a wide range of different cancer types. Patients with advanced NY-ESO-1-expressing tumors frequently develop humoral and cellular immunity to NY-ESO-11. NY-ESO is an attractive antigen to monitor anti-tumor immune responses and is used for immunotherapeutic interventions. |
