| 背景 | Gp100/Pmel 17 belongs to the melanoma-associated antigens of the group of differentiation antigens. Other members of this group are, for example, tyrosinase and Melan-A/MART-1. Gp100/Pmel 17 is expressed on normal melanocytes, but is also present in melanoma. CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes recognizing gp100/Pmel 17 have been identified in melanoma patients.2 |
