| 背景 | Besides gp100/Pmel17 and Melan-A/MART-1, tyrosinase belongs to the melanoma-associated antigens of the group of differentiation antigens. It is expressed on normal melanocytes, but is also present in melanoma. Accordingly, CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes recognizing tyrosinase have been identified in melanoma patients. Therefore, tyrosinase represents a potential target for immunotherapy of melanoma2. |
