| 背景 | Wilms tumor 1 (WT1), a zinc-finger transcription factor, is expressed during normal ontogenesis. Expression is absent or restricted to a very low level in adult healthy tissue. The WT1 protein is abundantly found in various types of hematological maligancies and solid tumors. It is a key molecule for tumor proliferation, inducing spontaneous humoral and cytotoxic T cell responses, and has become an attractive target for anticancer immunotherapy. |
