| 描述 | The monoclonal antibody UP-D2 reacts with human CD300f, also known as IREM-1 (immune receptor expressed by myeloid cell 1) which is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein member of the CD300 family. It is expressed on myeloid cells and in peripheral blood on monocytes and granulocytes. IREM-1 binds the p85α regulatory subunit of PI3K (Phosphoinositide 3-Kinase) and can enhance phagocytosis of apoptotic cells. |
