| 描述 | Clone AF29-4D12 recognizes the CD337 (NKp30) antigen, a 30 kDa Type I membrane glycoprotein characterized by a single V-type Ig-like domain in the extracellular portion. It is found almost exclusively on the surface of resting or activated natural killer (NK) cells.¹ CD337 (NKp30) is a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptors (NCRs) that also include CD335 (NKp46) and CD336 (NKp44), which are responsible for NK cell activation in the process of natural cytotoxicity.²Lytic activity of NK cells could be inhibited to varying degrees by using anti-NKp30 antibodies in in vitro cytolytic assays, and to a greater degree in combination with anti-NKp46 and anti-NKp44 antibodies.¹ |
