| 描述 | The monoclonal antibody MHR73-11 recognizes human CD180, also known as RP105, which is a 105 kDa type 1 transmembrane protein of the TLR (toll-like receptor) family. The extracellular domain of CD180 is associated with MD-1, which forms the cell surface complex RP105/MD-1. Together with TLR4, it mediates B cell recognition and signaling of LPS. RP105 is expressed on mature B cells in mantle zones, on monocytes, on macrophages and dendritic cells. |
