CD20L functions as a hematopoietic modulator for the G1-S cell cycle transition. It binds to cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3 (CDKN3/KAP) and modulates the level of phosphorylation of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2).Additional information: Clone REA756 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
