Podocalyxin is a member of the CD34-related family of sialomucins and is recognized as a stem cell and malignancy marker. The expression of TRA-1-81 antigen is stage-specific and is lost upon differentiation of human EC and ES cells, making it a marker of undifferentiated pluripotent ES cells. Additional Information: Clone REA246 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
