| 描述 | Clone REA589 recognizes the human CD16b antigen, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein known as low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-B. CD16 is expressed in two different isoforms, FcγRIIIa (CD16a) and FcγRIIIb (CD16b) Fc receptors, that bind to the Fc portion of IgG antibodies which mediates NK cell activating. CD16b is present on polymorphonuclear leukocytes (neutrophils), whereas the transmembrane form CD16a is found on human NK cells, macrophages, and mast cells.Additional information: Clone REA589 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
