| 描述 | Clone REA217 recognizes CD298, the beta3 subunit isoform of Na+, K+-ATPase, which is a membrane associated enzyme. Na+, K+ -ATPase transports Na+ and K+ by coupling the hydrolysis of ATP to the transport of Na+ and K+. The movement of ions across the plasma membrane generates and maintains the electrochemical gradient required for osmoregulation, transport of molecules and nutrients. Na+, K+ -ATPase consists of large catalytic α subunit and a smaller glycoprotein non-catalytic β subunit, which exists in 3 known isoforms. Additional information: Clone REA217 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
