| 描述 | Anti-TRA-1-81 Live Cell Stain antibodies have been developed for the detection of TRA-1-81+ cells directly in culture without the need for fixation, e.g., to facilitate colony picking after reprogramming or to evaluate pluripotency of a culture directly in the cell culture dish.Clone REA246 recognizes a carbohydrate epitope expressed on podocalyxin, which is a transmembrane sialoglycoprotein. Podocalyxin is a member of the CD34-related family of sialomucins and is recognized as a stem cell and malignancy marker. The expression of TRA-1-81 antigen is stage-specific and is lost upon differentiation of human EC and ES cells, making it a marker of undifferentiated pluripotent ES cells. Additional information: Clone REA246 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
