| 描述 | Clone REA668 recognizes the human and mouse NLRP3 antigen, also known as NACHT, LRR, and PYD domains–containing protein 3 (NALP3). NLRP3, a member of the NLR family of cytosolic receptors, is a pyrin-like protein which contains a pyrin domain, a nucleotide-binding site (NBS) domain, and a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) motif. NLRP3 plays a crucial role in innate immunity and inflammation and is a pathogen recognition receptor (PRR) that recognizes pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). NLRP3 is an important regulator of caspase-1, the enzyme that processes the immature form of IL-1β into the active protein. NLRP3 is mainly expressed in macrophages, but also expressed in dendritic cells, B cells, T cells, and osteoblasts.Additional information: Clone REA668 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
