| 描述 | Clone REA724 recognizes the mouse CD183 antigen, also known as CXCR3, a 40 kDa seven-transmembrane protein belonging to the the G protein–coupled receptor family that mediates the proliferation, survival, and angiogenic activity of mesangial cells through a heterotrimeric G protein signaling pathway. CD183 binds the ligands CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 and mediates Ca2+ mobilization and chemotaxis. It is expressed on activated T cells, circulating blood T cells, B cells, and NK cells.Additional information: Clone REA724 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
