The fluorescence of HiLyte Plus(TM) 647 can be observed at excitation/emission wavelength of 649nm/669 nm and can be detected with filters designed for Cy5 dyes. HiLyte Plus(TM) 647-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function. This IgG has minimal cross-reaction to human serum proteins. |
