| 描述 | Stem cell factor (SCF), also termed c-kit ligand, mast cell growth factor (MGF), or steel factor (SLF) is a hematopoietic growth factor important for the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells. Besides its pivotal role in mast cell development, SCF acts as a potent mast cell chemoattractant and upregulates mast cell adhesion and migration. MACS GMP Recombinant Human SCF is designed for ex vivo cell culture processing. No animal- or human-derived materials were used for the manufacture of this product. The product is lyophilized without carrier protein or preservatives. |
