Induces hypotension by blocking adrenoreceptors. Inhibits DNA replication in the early S phase. Inhibits HIF-1 activation by hypoxia. Induces apoptosis in leukemia cells. Also, selectively inhibits multiple glioblastoma (GBM) stem cells-enriched cultures. |
