| 描述 | Rizatriptan is an orally bioavailable agonist at the serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtypes, 5-HT1B and 5-HT1D, with Ki values of 10.1 and 4.3 nM, respectively.1 It is less selective for the 5-HT1A receptor subtype (Ki = 140 nM). Rizatriptan has vasoconstrictive properties, which are more potent in isolated cranial arteries than coronary arteries.2 Formulations containing rizatriptan are used to treat patients with migraine headaches. |
