| 描述 | Thioridazine is a conventional, or typical, antipsychotic drug that potently activates several neuroreceptors, including serotonin (Kis = 10, 60, and 57 nM for 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C, and 5-HT6, respectively), dopamine D2(Ki = 11 nM), and adrenergic α1A(Ki = 5 nM) receptors.1,2 In addition to its use in neurological disorders, thioridazine has efficacy in drug resistant tuberculosis.3 |
