| 背景 | The CD31 antibody reacts with the cell surface protein CD31. The murine CD31 antigen is also known as PECAM-1. CD31 is a single-pass type I membrane protein containing six Ig-like C2-type domains and functions as cell adhesion molecule1. It is present on mature endothelial cells as well as on most leukocyte subtypes and platelets2 where the expression level can vary. Besides its function in cell adhesion, the protein is required for leukocyte transendothelial migration (TEM) under most inflammatory conditions3. |
