| 描述 | Glutathione S-Transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum is a 26 kD protein that has become a popular fusion partner for high expression of recombinant proteins. GST tags allow recombinant fusion proteins to be purified in a single nondenaturing affinity step on glutathione-coupled beads. The high affinity of the GST-glutathione interaction results in simple near-homogeneous purifications. Clone G172-1138 recognizes GST. A recombinant GST-tagged protein was used as immunogen. |
