Sandwich ELISA detection of Human HbA1c in serum samples using Human anti Human HbA1c clone AbD15785-IgG (HCA217) Capture antibody, Mouse anti Human hemoglobin, clone 7B12 was coated at 5 μg/ml on a microtiter plate overnight at 4°C. After washing and blocking in PBST + 5% BSA, HbA1c samples (5 μg/ml total hemoglobin concentration) in PBST were added for 1hr at room temperature. Detection was performed by using Human anti HbA1C, clone AbD15783-IgG at a concentration of 2 μg/ml in PBST for 1hr at room temperature. After washing, an HRP-labeled secondary antibody, Goat anti Human IgG F(ab)2:HRP (0500-0099) diluted 1:1000 in HISPEC Assay Diluent (BUF049A) was added.
