| 描述 | Active Motifs Protease Inhibitor Cocktail is designed to prevent proteolytic degradation during lysis and extraction procedures from mammalian cells or tissues. The cocktail contains a broad-spectrum of inhibitors targeting cysteine proteases, serine proteases, aspartic acid proteases, and aminopeptidases. In addition to being ready-to-use, the Protease Inhibitor cocktail is also EDTA-free. The cocktail is supplied as a 100X stock solution in a liquid format that has been stabilized in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) for improved accuracy, solubility, and ease of use in comparison to traditional tablets.
