| 背景 | Saos-2 nuclear extract was prepared from cell cultures of the human sarcoma osteogenic Saos-2 cell line. This non-transformed cell line was derived from the primary osteosarcoma of an 11-year old Caucasian female patient. Saos-2 cells exhibit many characteristic osteoblastic properties, including high levels of alkaline phosphatase expression, parathyroid hormone-mediated induction of adenylate cyclase production, and production and secretion of type I collagen and mineralized matrix. Therefore, they are commonly used to study osteoblastic phenotype-related cellular functions and products and in research related to late-stage osteoblastic differentiation. |
