| 使用方法 | Recombinant SUV420H1 is suitable for use in histone methyltransferase (HMT) assays. Specific Activity: 0.0009 pmol/min/μg. This protein is useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.Assay conditions: Prepare a 50 μl reaction mix (50 mM TRIS pH 8.8, 5 mM MgCl2, 4 mM DTT, 0.05% Tween-20, 800 μM S-adenosylmethionine, and SUV420H1) and add to substrate-coated wells. Incubate for 4 hr. Add primary antibody, incubate 1 hr. Next, incubate 30 minutes with the HRP-labeled secondary antibody followed by chemiluminescent detection. |
