| 背景 | VRK1,Vaccinia-related Kinase 1 belongs to a family of serine/threonine protein kinases. It phosphorylates histone, casein and transcription factors ATF2 and c-Jun. VRK-1 also phosphorylates Thr18 of p53/TP53 to reduce p53 ubiquitination. VRK1 is highly expressed in actively dividing cells, such as fetal liver, testis and thymus. |
