| 背景 | UBA3,ubiquitin-like modifier activating enzyme 3 (also known as UBE1C,ubiquitin-activating enzymeE1C, or hUBA3) is a subunit of the heterodimeric ubiquitin activating enzyme E1, which is specific for the Rub family of ubiquitin-like proteins (Ubls). UBA3 associates with NAE1 to form the UBA3-NAE1 E1 enzyme complex that activates the ubiquitin-like protein NEDD8. NEDD8 regulates cell division, signaling and embryogenesis. |
