| 背景 | NAE1,NEDD8activating enzyme E1 subunit 1 (also known as APP-BP1,APPBP1, or amyloid beta precursor protein-binding protein 1) is a subunit of the heterodimeric ubiquitin activating enzyme E1, which is specific for the Rub family of ubiquitin-like proteins (Ubls). NAE1 associates with UBA3 to form the UBA3-NAE1 E1 enzyme complex that activates the ubiquitin-like protein NEDD8. NEDD8 regulates cell division, signaling and embryogenesis. |
