| 背景 | PDGFRα (Platelet Derived Growth Factor Receptor alpha) is a tyrosine protein kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for PDGFA, PDGFB and PDGFC and plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival and chemotaxis. PDGFRα may promote or inhibit cell proliferation and migration, and plays an important role in the differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. It is required for normal embryonic development of several tissue and organ types and plays a role in cell migration and chemotaxis in wound healing and platelet activation. Binding of its ligands - homodimers or heterodimers of PDGFA and PDGFB leads to the activation of several signaling cascades. |
