| 背景 | The isolation of high-purity total RNA from distinct hematopoietic cell populations is laborious and costly to achieve. This is especially true for rare and immunologically relevant cell populations such as hematopoietic CD34+ progenitor cells or regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25+). Using the cell-type specific total RNAs, there is no need to collect large pools of blood and to separate the desired cell population. Each cell-type specific total RNA is derived from different hematopoietic cell populations and ready-to-use for gene expression profiling experiments, cloning of target genes, or as a reference for further analyses. Thus, differences in gene expression in various cell types can be revealed. Moreover, using the total RNAs as reference allows a comparison between treated cell culture or patient samples and untreated or healthy samples. |
