| 描述 | The Mo-DC Generation Tool Boxes comprise reagents for magnetic separation of human monocytes and cell culture media for Mo-DC differentiation and maturation. Two different tool boxes are available that contain reagents for the separation of monocytes by either positive selection using CD14 MicroBeads or by depletion of undesired cells using the Monocyte Isolation Kit II, respectively. The Mo-DC Differentiation Medium and the Mo-DC Maturation Medium contain interleukin-4/GM-CSF and TNF-α, respectively. Mo-DCs can easily be differentiated from monocytes with a lot-to-lot consistent, standardized protocol for effective differentiation of immature and mature Mo-DCs. |
