NR2F2 / COUP2 (pAb) tested by ChIP-Seq. ChIP was performed using the ChIP-IT® High Sensitivity Kit (Cat. No. 53040) with chromatin from 4.5 million human endometrial stromal cells and 5 ul of antibody. ChIP DNA was sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq and 28 million sequence tags were mapped to identify NR2F2 binding sites. The purple track shows NR2F2 binding across a 1.2 million bp region on chromosome 12. Binding sites showed good correlation with the ENCODE active regulatory elements track (yellow). | |
