| 背景 | ZEB1 (Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1, NIL-2-A zinc finger proteinNegative regulator of IL2, NIL-2-A, Transcription factor 8, TCF-8) is a POU domain DNA-binding transcriptional regulator that inhibits the expression of E-cadherin and other epithelial genes central to adhesion and epithelial polarity. ZEB1 induces an epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) by recruiting SMARCA4/BRG1. ZEB1 positively regulates neuronal differentiation and it represses RCOR1 transcription activation during neurogenesis. Defects in ZEB1 are the cause of posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy type 3 (PPCD3). |

ZEB1 antibody (pAb) tested by Immunoprecipitation. 10 µl of ZEB1 antibody was used to immunoprecipitate ZEB1 from 250 µg of HeLa nuclear cell extract (lane 2). 10 µl of rabbit IgG was used as a negative control (lane 1).
