| 背景 | HNF-3β(Hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 beta,forkhead box A2,FoxA2) is a homeodomain containing transcription factor and is a member of the Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor family(HNF-1α, HNF-1β, HNF-3α, HNF-3β, HNF-3γ, HNF-4α, HNF-4γ, HNF-6αandHNF-6β), whose members regulate the transcription of numerous hepatocyte genes in adult liver. HNF-3 members bind to DNA as monomers using a winged helix DNA-binding domain. HNF-3α and HNF-3γ have also been shown to be involved in gastrulation events such as body axis formation. |
