A 65 kDa form of the transcription factor c-Myc is detected in nuclear extracts derived from 3T6 Swiss albino cells using c-Myc rabbit polyclonal antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution (lane 1). The signal is eliminated when the c-Myc immunizing peptide is added to the reaction mixture (lane 2). |
