| 背景 | Cyk-4 is a member of a GTPase activating protein family that regulates the catalytic function of Rho and Ras small G-proteins. Cyk-4 regulates the initiation of cytokinesis through its interaction with a variety of microtubule organizing proteins. The modified and unmodified peptides to the immunogen were spotted onto PVDF and probed with 39265 at a dilution of 1:2,000.
