IFNA1 antibody (mAb) tested by ELISA. Recombinant IFNA1 protein or a negative control protein was conjugated to Luminex® microspheres and then incubated in the same well with a serial dilution of IFNA1 antibody (mAb). Biotinylated anti-mouse IgG followed by Streptavidin-PE was used to detect the bound IFNA1 antibody . Mean Fluorescence Intensity (MFI) for each protein was measured in a Luminex® 200™. |
