| 背景 | RANK(TNFRSF11A,CD265,PDB2,TRANCER) can interact with various TRAF family proteins (TRAF2, TRAF5), through which this receptor induces the activation of NFκB and MAPK8/JNK. RANK and its ligand are important regulators of the interaction between T cells and dendritic cells. RANK is also an essential mediator for osteoclast and lymph node development. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this receptor directly mediates the osteoprotegerin (OPG) ligand (OPGL)-induced oteoclastogenesis in osteoclast precursor cells. |
