HA Tag mAb tested by IP / Western blot. Whole-cell lysate (400 µg) from U2OS cells expressing an HA-tagged protein was immunoprecipitated with 2 µg of either control mouse IgG (lane 1) or HA Tag mAb (lane 2). Immunoprecipitates were run on an SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot using a second HA tag antibody. |
