免疫原	This STAT3 phospho Tyr705 antibody was raised against a peptide containing phosphorylated Tyr705 of human STAT3.
背景	STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3) is a member of the STAT family of transcription factors. STATs undergo tyrosine phosphorylation in response to growth factor or cytokine signaling. This phosphorylation results in dimerization and translocation of STAT proteins to the nucleus. The STAT3 protein is expressed in most cell types and is activated by multiple cytokines and growth factors including: IFNα, IL-10, IL-6, IL-11, IL-12, IL-2, EGF, among others.

Hep G2 nuclear extract (15 µg per lane) was probed with STAT3 phospho Tyr705 polyclonal antibody (1:2,000).
Lane 1: No treatment.
Lane 2: cells stimulated with IL-6 (100 ng/ml for 15 minutes at 37°C).

Dot blot analysis was used to confirm the specificity of STAT3 phospho Tyr705 pAb for STAT3 phospho Tyr705. Phosphorylated peptides corresponding to the immunogen and related peptides were spotted onto PVDF and probed with the antibody at 1:10,000. The amount of peptide (picomoles) spotted is indicated next to each row.
