生物活性 | The peptide substrate contains a highly fluorescent7-methoxycoumarin group that is efficiently quenched by resonance energytransfer to the 2,4-dinitrophenyl group. It can be used to measure theactivities of peptidases that are capable of cleaving an amide bond between thefluorescent group and the quencher group, causing an increase in fluorescence. It is an excellent substrate for MMP-3 (stromelysin 1) andMMP-10 (stromelysin 2). The cleavage site is the peptide bond between Glu andNval (norvaline). It is also an excellent substrate for Trypsin, HGF activatorand factor Xa. |
