Cell Proliferation Induced by Flt‑3 Ligand and Neutralization by Human Flt‑3 Ligand Antibody. Recombinant Human Flt‑3 Ligand (Catalog # 308-FK or 308-FKN) stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with mouse Flt‑3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line).
