In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.04% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) NAP-2, rhGRO alpha, rhGRO beta, rhBLC, rhENA-78, recombinant mouse (rm) CXCL6, rmMIP-2, rhIL-8, rhIP-10, rhMIG, rhSDF-1 alpha, and rhSDF-1 beta is observed.
使用方法	Western Blot: 1 µg/mL ELISA Capture (Matched Antibody Pair): 2-8 µg/mL ELISA Detection (Matched Antibody Pair): 0.1-0.4 µg/mL ELISA Standard : Neutralization: Measured by its ability to neutralize CXCL6/GCP‑2-induced chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with human CXCR2. The Neutralization Dose (ND₅₀) is typically 8-30 μg/mL in the presence of 80 ng/mL Recombinant Human CXCL6/GCP‑2.

Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL6/GCP‑2 and Neutralization by Human CXCL6/
GCP‑2 Antibody.

Recombinant Human CXCL6/
GCP‑2 (Catalog # 333-GC) induces chemotaxis in the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line), as measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Under these conditions, chemotaxis elicited by CXCL6/GCP‑2 is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CXCL6/GCP‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB333). The ND₅₀ is typically 8-30 μg/mL.
